How do I place an order?
Contact us by phone, email or via the contact form. We will call you within 24 hours to confirm the details and arrange shipping. There is no online shop at the moment — we prefer to speak with you first to make sure the kit suits your situation.
Does the hardware price include shipping?
Shipping is included for orders within mainland Spain. For the Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla please ask us.
When does the trial period start?
The 30-day trial starts when you receive the kit and activate it, not when it is dispatched. That way you get real time to try it out.
How do I cancel if I'm not convinced?
With an email or a phone call. No forms, no penalties, no awkward questions. You can return the hardware within the 30-day trial if you are not satisfied.
Do I need to arrange installation?
No. The wristband charges like a phone and the plugs just go into the wall socket. No wiring, no engineer needed. Any family member can set it up in 10 minutes.

Do I need special WiFi?
No. Your home WiFi works perfectly. The plugs connect to your usual network, like any other device.
How much does it cost?
An affordable monthly fee that includes the devices, the app and support. No commitment and 30-day trial. We tell you in detail when you ask for information.
What if the power goes out?
If the power goes out, the plugs stop working during the outage. The wristband stays active on its own battery (it doesn't depend on power). As soon as electricity returns, everything resumes automatically.
How many plugs do I need?
We recommend one per main room: living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In most homes, three or four plugs are enough.
What if my family member doesn't want to use a phone?
Yes. Your family member doesn't need to interact with anything. They just wear the wristband. The app is for you and the other carers — they don't even notice it.
Can multiple family members see the data at once?
Yes. Up to ten carers per family. Each one with their account, seeing the same thing from their phone.
Who gets the alert when the button is pressed?
The alert goes instantly to all configured carers — up to ten. Push notification on the phone with location and reason. If nobody attends within 2 minutes, the system automatically calls the phone. Built so it never depends on one person being available.
