3. Purchase process
The customer selects products on the website, enters shipping and billing details, chooses a payment method and confirms the order. After purchase, the customer receives a confirmation email with the summary and invoice. The subscription is activated when the customer receives the kit and powers on the first device.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. We accept:
- Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- SEPA direct debit (subscription only).
Transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-certified secure payment gateways. Vitalkeep does not store full card data.
5. Shipping

- Balearic and Canary Islands: shipping fee (calculated at checkout), estimated 10 working days. For the Canary Islands, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties.
Lead times may vary during peak periods. You’ll receive an email with shipping tracking.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise this right, write to hello@vitalkeep.com stating your order. We will refund the hardware amount within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the product in proper condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of a defective product.
The service subscription can be cancelled at any time during the 30-day trial at no cost.
7. Hardware warranty
Vitalkeep hardware comes with a 2-year legal warranty in line with European law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by improper use. To make use of it, contact support and we’ll guide you through repair or replacement at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage from impacts, prolonged water immersion, unauthorised tampering, or normal cosmetic wear.
8. Subscription cancellation
The monthly subscription can be cancelled any time, with no commitment or penalty. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billed period: you continue to enjoy the service until that date. You can cancel:
- From the app: Settings > Subscription > Cancel.
- By email to hello@vitalkeep.com.
If you cancel, the hardware remains yours, but monitoring, alerts and app features stop working.
9. Limitation of liability
Vitalkeep is a support service for caring for older people. It is not a medical device or an emergency service, and does not replace:
- Professional medical care.
- Emergency services (112 in Spain or other local emergency numbers).
- Officially monitored 24/7 tele-assistance.
Alerts are sent «as is» based on data detected by the sensors. Vitalkeep does not guarantee 100% detection of all incidents and is not liable for damages arising from failures in WiFi networks, power supply, third-party notification systems (Apple, Google) or mobile connectivity outside its control. In any medical emergency, call emergency services directly.
10. Customer service and complaints
For queries, issues or complaints, contact hello@vitalkeep.com or call +34 968 32 41 44. Official complaint forms from the Region of Murcia are available on request.
