What exactly do I pay today?
Only the hardware you choose (for example €150 for one wristband and two plugs). The €29.90/mo subscription is charged from day 31: the first 30 days are a free trial and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel anytime from the app or the Stripe customer portal. The hardware is yours forever.
Is it hard to install?
No: the wristband just goes on, and the plugs only need power and the home WiFi, guided by the app. Most families are up and running in about 10 minutes — and we're a phone call away if you get stuck.
Does VitalKeep record or listen to anything?
No. There are no cameras or microphones — only motion and presence sensors. We know they're OK, not what they're doing. Data travels encrypted and is stored on European Union servers.
