2. Scope
These Terms govern the distance sale of VitalKeep hardware (wristband and plug) and the monthly subscription service via vitalkeep.com.
3. Products and prices
- VitalKeep Wristband: €30 (one-time, VAT included).
- VitalKeep Plug: €60 (one-time, VAT included).
- VitalKeep Subscription: €29.90/month (VAT included), with a 30-day free trial.
4. Purchase and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By confirming the order you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. Shipping
Free shipping to mainland Spain. For the Canary/Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please ask before buying. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the hardware to withdraw without justification. Email hola@vitalkeep.com. Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
7. Subscription
Includes a 30-day free trial (no charge during the trial). After the trial it renews automatically every month at €29.90 until cancelled. No lock-in: cancel anytime from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
8. Warranty
Hardware carries the 3-year legal conformity warranty under EU consumer law.

10. Governing law
Spanish and EU consumer law applies.
